Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Supadirect (“Supadirect”, “we”, “us”), operated by Wemersive, handles personal information collected through supadirect.ai (the “Site”). Supadirect is a pre-launch product and the Site currently operates an early-access waitlist.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: the email address you submit to join the waitlist. If you request access to non-public materials (e.g. an investor briefing), the name and email address you provide.
Information collected automatically: a coarse country code and a one-way hashed representation of your IP address (used solely to prevent abuse and duplicate signups — we do not store your raw IP), plus standard request metadata.
Optional referral parameter: if you arrive via a referral link, the referral identifier in the URL.

2. How we use information

To operate the early-access waitlist and notify you about access, launch, and product updates.
To prevent spam, fraud, and automated abuse of our forms.
To understand interest and improve the product and Site.
To respond to requests for non-public materials you have asked to access.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information based on your consent (waitlist signup), our legitimate interests (security, anti-abuse, and improving the Site), and to take steps at your request prior to entering any relationship.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and waitlist, under appropriate confidentiality obligations:

Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, bot protection, and our database (the waitlist is stored in Cloudflare D1).
Google — a copy of waitlist entries may be mirrored to a private Google Sheet for our internal use.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain waitlist and access-request information until the waitlist purpose is fulfilled or you ask us to delete it, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@supadirect.ai. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time via the link in those emails.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, IP hashing, and bot mitigation. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We operate on global infrastructure, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
