Supadirect is a product in development. The Site is a pre-launch informational page and early-access waitlist. All content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
